ODE Licensure Applications and Information
SPECIAL, VERY IMPORTANT NOTES:
For current staff, once you have a BCI background check done, you do not need to have another done unless you move out of the state of Ohio and then back in.
You must go to the Tri-County ESC for background checks. They will send us an electronic copy via email.
Note: A third party, such as ODE, is not legally allowed to send a copy to us.
WE MUST HAVE A COPY OF YOUR FBI BACKGROUND CHECK ,THAT IS LESS THAN FIVE YEARS OLD, IN YOUR PERSONNEL FILE AT WCSCC.
