Extra Help Request Form

This link takes you to the Extra Help Request Form to request students receive extra help in the TLC.

This link takes you to the daily activity record of students scheduled in the TLC for the day.

Students identified as daily* have been assigned to the TLC. These students report to the TLC on a daily basis.
Teachers who would like to request a student receive extra help in the TLC may make a request on the Extra Help Requests tab.

Star Monitors and TLC/Extra Help Staff can use this report to assist students to bring these grades to passing.
Teachers with planned field trips will be able to use this list to keep updated on daily student progress.
