This is a two-year program for high school juniors and seniors

  • Guide infant, toddler, preschool, special needs, and school-age children to learn, think, and develop curiosity

  • Teaching preschool in an early childhood classroom, working with infants and toddlers

  • Preparing lesson plans in language and literacy, music and movement, art, sensory, dramatic play, science, math and social studies
  • Building office administrative skills
  • Leading parent conferences for preschool children

Students in this program belong to Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA). It provides opportunities for competition, leadership and community service projects.
