- Teaching preschool in an early childhood classroom
- Working with infants and toddlers
- Teaching in kindergarten and elementary school classrooms
- Teaching in Head Start classrooms
- Teaching children with special needs
- Preparing lesson plans in language and literacy, music and movement, art, sensory, dramatic play, science, math and social studies
- Leading parent conferences for preschool children
- Developing leadership skills
- Incorporating technology
- Learn childcare business & operations

Students in this program belong to Educators Rising (EdRising). It provides opportunities for competition, leadership and community service projects.
