Response: We have PaperCut currently installed. It is managing the Xerox devices, not printers.
12/13/22 Are you open to recommendations on right sizing some of the machines based on current volume?
Response: Yes
12/13/22 We have 3 options of equipment brand that we can recommend. What is most important to you in the RFP; cost, functionality, brand familiarity? Do you want to see all 3 options?
Response: We are open to considering a brand we have not used previously. Cost and functionality are both important factors. We would review multiple options from a vendor; proposing more than one would be at your discretion, based on what you feel best meets our needs.
12/13/22 You are only asking for a rate to manage the current HP printers you have correct? At this point are you looking to replace any of them?
Response: Correct. We are not looking to replace any printers.
12/21/22 What is the number of faxes for the stand alone fax machine in the Adult Education building?
Response: There are 20-30 per week.
12/21/22 How many pages would need stapled for the booklet maker option?
Response: 10-50
12/22/22 What is your PaperCut Customer Reference Number (CRN)? (Needed to obtain pricing from PaperCut)

01/04/23 For the badges that staff use, what number or info is needed to be read off the card by the card reader for Papercut? Is it pointing back to your AD system, or something else?
Response: Staff member names and email addresses come from our Active Directory, and the number on the card is associated to the user in PaperCut at first logon.
01/06/23 You want fax kits on the following units only: Treasurer, Adult Ed and Main Office?

Response: Yes, please provide pricing options for folding booklet and tri-folding capabilities for those units
