Functions & Responsibilities
Patient requires assistance with Adls, medications, meal prep , etc, anything that is needed for him per shift. He is not walking but transfers with contact guard/min assistance. Looking for help with days and nights on the weekend primarily, but may need help during the week as well. This gentleman is 95, but does well.
