The kitchen is heating up at 518 Bistro! Culinary Arts students are kicking off another year of hands-on learning with a delicious fall-inspired menu.
518 Bistro is WCSCC’s student-run restaurant, where Culinary Arts students gain real-world experience preparing and serving meals while learning the ins and outs of restaurant operations. From prepping ingredients to plating the final dish, students are putting their culinary skills to work in the Bistro’s made-from-scratch kitchen.
This fall’s menu gives students the opportunity to sharpen their skills while serving up seasonal flavors for guests to enjoy. Made from scratch. Made by students!
