Mazda of Wooster is looking for responsible candidate that delivers exceptional customer service in an automotive setting by managing parts inquiries, coordinating service requests, and ensuring clear communication between customers and technicians.

• Greet customers professionally and promptly.
• Document service requests and customer concerns accurately.
• Communicate effectively with technicians.
• Review inspections and recommend necessary repairs.
• Keep customers informed about service progress.
• Handle warranty and recall programs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Provide clear cost estimates and timelines.
• Build long-term customer relationships through honesty and service excellence.
Qualifications
Basic: Strong mechanical knowledge.
Accurate data entry skills
