Press Operator

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Press Operator to join our team at Smithville Manufacturing.
About the Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring industrial press equipment to produce high-quality parts. You will play a key role in ensuring our production runs smoothly and that every piece meets our quality standards.
Key Qualifications & Traits We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to stay focused and maintain concentration during long shifts
- Pride in your work and a strong sense of ownership over your tasks
- Reliability and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Previous experience operating presses or similar machinery is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
