Trades & Treats at WCSCC

The Wayne County Schools Career Center will host their 2^nd Annual Trades & Treats event on Thursday, October 12, 2023, from 5-6:30 PM. The indoor trick-or-treat event is free and open to the public.

            Trades & Treats will feature stops in each of the Career Center’s 26 high school trade programs, Adult Education programs, student clubs, and more. Area businesses including Schaeffler, JAG Healthcare, Wooster Police Department, Wayne County Public Library, Pomerene Hospital, Flex Yoga, the Apostolic Christian Home, and others will also distribute treats at stops along the indoor route.

            Doors for the event will open at 5 PM. Guests should come in costumes and be ready to have fun! Take a photo in front of the fall and Halloween backdrops, enter the costume photo contest, explore several of the career-tech labs full of fascinating equipment, collect candy and other treats, play games, and adults may enter for the door prize drawing.

            Guests should enter the parking lot via Kauffman Drive and use the A4 door for entry. Handicap parking and entry can be found at the front of the building.
