MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Available Shifts 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am
SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Expeditor, the
Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and repair of primary and auxiliary
production equipment, as well as various Plant systems. Perform machinery and systems repairs
using hydraulic blueprints, as well as completing equipment PMs.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Performs all tasks necessary to operate equipment according to procedure.
• Perform pneumatic/hydraulic system maintenance in support of custom automated
assembly and robotic systems.
• Perform start/restart of plastic injection molding machinery (molding machines, support
equipment).
• Visually inspect machines and support equipment for worn parts or safety hazards.
• Perform cleaning & lubrication of equipment as needed or directed.
• Actively communicates with coworkers – key items within the plant environment on safety,
quality, maintenance, production and continuous improvement.
• Follows work instructions as needed and may be asked to write, revise and train others to
those instructions.
• Provide input for modifications/new designs for continuous improvement.
• Performs root cause analysis when problems arise to determine if actions can be taken
immediately or appropriate personnel need to be called.
• Maintains 5S environment in work area.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds independently, or up to 80 pounds in team-lift scenario.
• Adheres to plant and corporate safety policies.
• May assist in other areas or perform other duties as required.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
• Possesses well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic & pneumatic systems with the aid of blueprints, drawings &
schematics.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Outlook.
• Maintains positive team environment.
• Ability to read, write and follow written or verbal instructions.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Possesses good math skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• SAP Experience preferred but not required.

MULTI-CRAFT (ELECTRICAL) MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager and Electrical Expeditor, the Multi-craft Maintenance Technician is responsible for the troubleshooting and repair of Plant injection and stretch blow molding machines, auxiliary production equipment (UV printers, hot leaf printers, assembly machines, bagger machines, carton erectors, stretch wrapping units, material handling conveying equipment), and Plant systems (chilled water systems, dehumidification systems, vacuum material delivery system, etc.). Perform machinery and systems repairs using electrical blueprints.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Performs all tasks necessary to operate equipment according to procedure.
• Perform start/restart of plastic injection molding machinery.
• Visually inspect machines and support equipment for worn parts or safety hazards.
• Perform cleaning and lubrication of equipment as needed or directed.
• Performs preventative maintenance on mechanical machinery and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoots and repairs electrical controls including PLC’s, 3 phase & single phase circuits, relays, switches, power supplies, drives, gauges and test equipment.
• PLC and HMI programming utilizing RSLogix and FTView (Allen Bradley Products).
• Follows work instructions and may be asked to write, revise and train others to those instructions.
• Provide input for modifications/new designs for continuous improvement.
• Performs root cause analysis when problems arise to determine if actions can be taken immediately or appropriate personnel need to be called.
• Maintains 5S environment in work area.

• Proficient with 480, 240, 120, 24 DC, single and 3-phase power, pneumatic, hydraulic operation.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems with the aid of blueprints, drawings & schematics.
• Knowledge of OSHA and National Electric Code (NEC).
• Strong background using precision tools (micrometers, multimeters, indicators, voltage testers).
• Experience with electrical components, sensors, AC/DC drives/motors and servo drives/motors.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Must be able to work from design sketches, drawings and verbal instructions.
• Possesses good math skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Outlook.
SAP knowledge preferred but not required.

The Communications and Digital Ministry Coordinator is hired and employed by St. Paul Lutheran Church is responsible to the pastor and serves the entire congregation and its organization.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing and regularly updating the church's website and social media platforms (Website, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

• Preparing PowerPoint and worship materials for the Sunday worship service.

• Managing the online worship service to ensure weekly transmission is successful.

• Troubleshooting issues with AV equipment, digital platforms, and network infrastructure to ensure_seamless service delivery

• Establishing a text system for the congregation and managing group texts when necessary.

• Answer the phone, greet and assist walk-in visitors and members.

• Type correspondence and mailings relating to the church for the pastor, council and other leaders, as requested.

• Order materials and maintain supplies for operation as needed or requested.

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of printed materials which may include bulletin, council reports, etc., for the pastor and council as requested.

• Prepare and assemble bulletins for special services, as requested.

• Prepare, assemble, and mail monthly newsletter and weekly digital updates.

• Assist the pastor with scheduling and transfer of records as needed.

• Make copies for pastor, church council members and others as requested.

• Organize and publish annual report.

• Utilize and implement available training on current computer systems and software in order to keep up to date on technological changes.

• Keep all matters of church business strictly confidential. Sharing of any church information with anyone inside or outside of the congregation is strictly prohibited.

The pastor and/or church council set the hours of work. 24 hour a week position: must include regular office hours which will be determined once a candidate is hired but will fall from Tuesday-Friday 10-5 and every Sunday morning 8:30-11

Following a 90-day probationary period, a formal review will be conducted. If the candidate is hired, he/she will receive a $500 sign-on bonus in addition to pay.
