Structure Personnel is searching for Experienced Maintenance Mechanics for a great company in Orrville for their 2nd and 3rd shifts (with Overtime). This is a temp-to-hire position. Pay ranges from $25.00 - $27.00 an hour, depending on experience. $100.00 Sign-on Bonus once you complete your first week!
Immediate start after interview with company for the right candidate!
Shifts:
2nd shift 3:00pm-11:30pm (Overtime when required)
3rd shift hours are 10:30pm-7:00am. (Overtime when required)
Maintenance Mechanic MUST HAVE experience with the following:
* Experience with both Pneumatics and Hydraulics
* Basic Mill Wright skills including installation, maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.
* Dismantle and reassemble of industrial equipment including: Conveyors, Compressors, valves, seals
*Basic Welding skills.
* Intermediate electrical skills.
* Willing to work Overtime, Weekends, and Holidays.
* Can grasp and learn new things
* Must have the Required Experience
Education/Experience:
• Candidates with 7+ years of experience with industrial machinery maintenance and repair
• Associates degree in Maintenance Technology
• Vocational School or Community College - Maintenance Certificate
